Make A Date...?

Inspired by some calendars I saw on Pinterest, I decided to make some last minute presents for family and friends - with which to welcome in the New Year - so won't give too much away - as you may be looking!
Here are three of them - bet you can't guess which months they are:

All twelve images are made up of photographs taken, this year, of flowers in our garden - and it's a right old mess; bereft of even one flower border. I played around on Photoshop to create them.
